Every year about 20.000 people come to Ferropolis, the city of iron, a former open cut mining spot of the GDR to celebrate one of Europe’s largest Indie and Elektro festivals.
It is a stage for the extroverted, dreamers and freaks. It’s camp atmosphere. Boys put on glitter and make-up, girls float over shallow water. Afternoon naps in the bushes or a rubber boat trip. And deep satisfaction.
